Adding Users

Overview

Prerequisites: 

  • Be an Extracts Pro Administrator for your company
  • Have access to other users in your Procore directory with a matching company email domain (@XYZconstruction.com)

Steps

  1. Apply an Extracts Pro license to a project with the desired users.
  2. Navigate to the Extracts Pro home page
  3. Select the Users Tab, next to Projects.
  4. Click the three dots next to "Add Users" to Refresh your user list to ensure you have a current list of available users.
  5. In the top right hand corner, select Add Users.
  6. You will then see the option to add people in your Procore project(s) directory with an email domain matching your company's .

If you do not see all users (or need additional email domains added), please reach out to the Support team.

Navigate to the Users Tab, then click Add Users
