Overview

1. Navigate to Extracts Pro - Either via Procore embedded apps, or through Extracts Pro website
2. Login with your Procore account
3. Click Get Started
4. Select your Procore Companies

Walk-Through

1. Navigate to a Procore project that has Extracts Pro

Within your Procore account, navigate to a project that has been configured to work with Extracts Pro by your Procore Administrator.

Once within the project, click on "Apps / Select an App" in the top right hand black toolbar. Select Extracts Pro.

2. Login with your Procore Credentials

Extracts Pro only requires authenticating with your Procore account. Login with your Procore credentials as prompted. No new passwords to remember!

If it's your first time using Extracts Pro, you may be prompted to authorize access to your Procore account. That's normal!

3. Configure your Extracts Pro Account

If you're logging in for the first time, you’ll see a screen that prompts you to Get Started. Clicking Get Started will launch a screen to select the Procore companies that you want to use Extracts Pro with. Once you’ve selected your Companies, then click Load Projects.

4. Start a Free Trial or Purchase a Project License

After loading projects, you’ll see a screen with licensed and unlicensed projects. New users are offered a 1 time free-trial of Extracts Pro. If you are prompted with this option, select the Procore project you want to trial and click on Start Free Trial.
